STEP 1 - We gather all the relevant information from you (via our online booking form) about your dog and your requirements. Things like - how your dog lives at home, likes and dislikes, and anything in particular you need (special needs catered for!).
We then match you up with a great Carer suited to your dog - and ideally not too far from where you live.
STEP 2 - everybody meets!
This is a no-pressure meeting – it’s simply to give you peace of mind and make sure the house and Carer we have arranged for you is a good fit – and vice versa. We make sure our Carers are comfortable with every visitor too.
Every dog and household is different, so meeting first puts everyone at ease, saves time when it comes to getting away, and makes sure we have it right for you BEFORE you go away.
STEP 3 - Once we’ve settled on the right Carer, all your information, instructions and contacts etc are documented – so you can go away knowing we have everything in hand.
You’d be amazed how many last-minute panicked calls we get from owners who have booked their dogs in at other types of care sight unseen – only to be horrified when they arrive. Their plans are sent into a spin.
